The second retreat of our U.S.A trip was in beautiful sunny California. This retreat brought together an amazing group of young men ready to grow and challenge themselves
The core theme of the retreat echoed our recent message: the importance of being led by conscience, not by the flesh. We explored how modern culture and social media often pull us away from our values, and how choosing discipline over desire is essential not only for personal growth—but for the kind of men we must become for our future families and communities.
The physical trials were unforgettable. Our Challenge Day featured the intense Barbarian Challenge, testing endurance, teamwork, and mental grit. That was followed by an ice-cold plunge, pushing the boys to face discomfort head-on and stay calm under pressure—mirroring the kind of mindset needed in everyday life.
