In February 2025, Brothers In Arms returned to the Bay Area for another powerful weekend retreat—this time with a smaller, more intimate group of young men ready to reconnect with their purpose and push themselves both mentally and physically.
Over the course of the weekend, we continued to build on our core themes: living by conscience, not by impulse, and embracing personal growth as a responsibility—not just for ourselves, but for our future families and society. As always, the environment was full of energy, accountability, and honest brotherhood.
A standout moment of this retreat was our outing day, where the group took on the challenge of hiking Mission Peak. The climb wasn’t easy, but it was a perfect metaphor for the personal journey we’re all on—requiring grit, discipline, teamwork, and trust in the process. Reaching the top together reminded everyone of what’s possible when we don’t quit on ourselves or each other.
It was a meaningful, growth-filled weekend and we look forward to coming back to the Bay!
