1st Day Event | Winter 2023

This was Brothers In Arms’ first-ever day event! This was also the first time we were able to raise money to run a Free event and lit a spark in the B.I.A team to aspire to do more Free Events in the future. We rented out a private gym and fitness studio where we ran a mini-challenge day as well as a public speaking activity. Although it was not as long as our usual B.I.A retreat challenge days, it was by all means just as intense! The lads were pushed outside their comfort zone with endurance, strength and mental toughness challenges for 3 hours and we concluded with some group sharing on our current personal development and self-improvement journeys.

It was another huge win for the team and we were grateful that we could create the same culture and energy that we have on our retreats in a bitesize day event!
