1st B.I.A Retreat of Summer 2023 UK

We kicked off Summer 2023 with a powerful retreat set in the peaceful beauty of the English countryside. Most of the participants came from London and other major cities across the UK, making this an ideal opportunity for them to unplug from busy city life and reconnect with nature, themselves, and one another.

We were honoured to have Kenneth, an established senior software engineer and soon-to-be father, lead the main talks during this retreat. Kenneth shared powerful lessons on self-discipline, the importance of maintaining high standards, and how these values have helped him succeed both professionally and in building a strong foundation for his family life. His authenticity and wisdom resonated deeply with everyone, and we remain incredibly grateful for the support and guidance he has brought to B.I.A. since day one.
